Scott is originally from Michigan where he built homes, developed real estate, and practiced as a real estate and corporate attorney. He has been a business owner for more than 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in construction and land development. Scott was a licensed residential builder and owned multiple construction and land development companies in Michigan.
Scott has worked on many homes and built several luxury and spec homes with his own hands. His experience and knowledge are what set him apart from other inspectors. He understands how your home was put together and not just what it looks like. This helps him identify issues that others may not see. Scott has focused his career on performing home inspections in Manatee and Sarasota counties of Florida. He is licensed as a home inspector by the State of Florida and is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. Coastal Inspections of Florida, LLC is built on a foundation of hard work, trust, and professionalism. Scott will personally perform all inspections done by Coastal Inspections of Florida, LLC.
